• general support of customers through the phone;
• answering customers queries and providing information regarding e.g. rebooking, ticketing;
• working with reservation system;
• collaborating with e-commerce team;

• fluency in English;
• knowledge of Italian on minimum B2/C1 level;
• strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• customer-oriented approach;
• availability to work on-site from office in Wrocław;
