handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email,
diagnose issues and provide accurate, timely solutions,
build and maintain long-term customer relationships,
collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case resolution,
keep clear and precise records of customer interactions,
identify recurring problems and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
Requirements:
excellent communication and customer service skills,
fluent in Greek and English (B2/C1 level),
at least 1 year of experience in international customer service,
strong technical and troubleshooting abilities, solid knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools, university degree required,
customer-focused mindset with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships,
strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
