Obowiązki
- handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email,
- diagnose issues and provide accurate, timely solutions,
- build and maintain long-term customer relationships,
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case resolution,
- keep clear and precise records of customer interactions,
- identify recurring problems and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
Wymagania
- excellent communication and customer service skills,
- fluent in Greek and English (B2/C1 level),
- at least 1 year of experience in international customer service,
- strong technical and troubleshooting abilities, solid knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools, university degree required,
- customer-focused mindset with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships,
- strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
