Customer Care Specialist with German (Supply Chain) (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Verification and preparation of sales invoices and settlement documents.
• Participation in the month-end closing process - preparing and verifying reports, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Communication with customers and internal departments in cases of order discrepancies.
• Forwarding customer orders to the shipping department and monitoring their execution.
• Cooperation with the quality department regarding material reallocation and handling of claims.
• Planning processes related to material processing or transportation, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Very good command of German (min. B2).
• Communicative level of English.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy when working with data.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in logistics is an advantage.
