Customer Care Specialist with German (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities:
- Verification and preparation of sales invoices and settlement documents.
- Participation in the month-end closing process - preparing and verifying reports, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Communication with customers and internal departments in cases of order discrepancies.
- Forwarding customer orders to the shipping department and monitoring their execution.
- Cooperation with the quality department regarding material reallocation and handling of claims.
- Planning processes related to material processing or transportation, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Very good command of German (min. B2).
- Communicative level of English.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy when working with data.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in logistics is an advantage.
