Customer Care Specialist with German - Order Management
Your responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely order processing - enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders.
Case management - sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing.
Problem Resolution - independently address issues encountered during order processing.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations – maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies.
Champion a customer-focused mindset – supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contribute to a customer-first culture including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently.
Collaborate with co-workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues - actively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Our requirements
Experience in order processing / sales support / customer service or similar.
Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
German language skills (A2/B1/B2).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
University degree.
Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week).
