Tasks:

• Provide outstanding customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
• Assist customers with product and service information, troubleshooting, and guidance related to healthcare offerings
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
