Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and ticketing

  • Support both internal and external customers across all channels

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries

  • Supporting stores in their periodic tasks (e.G., with inventory)

  • Resolve non-standard customer service issues

  • Offer back-office support to other departments

  • Coordinate solutions across departments

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including 8-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays (1–2 times per month)

  • Availability for remote or hybrid work from our office in Warsaw
