Your responsibilities

Verification and preparation of sales invoices and settlement documents.
Participation in the month-end closing process - preparing and verifying reports, credit notes, and debit notes.
Communication with customers and internal departments in cases of order discrepancies.
Forwarding customer orders to the shipping department and monitoring their execution.
Cooperation with the quality department regarding material reallocation and handling of claims.
Planning processes related to material processing or transportation, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
