Your tasks

• take charge of order management, from precise registration to the strategic planning of deliveries;
• handle inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively;
• support customers by offering product advice and recommending the best market alternatives;
• work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and fix reported issues efficiently.
