Responsibilities:

  • handling and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email,
  • diagnosing issues and providing accurate, timely solutions,
  • building and maintaining long-term customer relationships,
  • collaborating with internal teams to effectively resolve cases,
  • keeping thorough documentation of customer interactions,
  • identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements and knowledge base updates.

Requirements:

  • advanced proficiency in English and Danish (spoken and written),
  • excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, active listening, and comprehension,
  • 1-2 years of experience in an international contact center,
  • good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools,
  • ability to solve problems independently, set priorities, and make decisions,
  • strong customer-centric mindset, ability to build lasting relationships, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
