Responsibilities:
handling and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email,
diagnosing issues and providing accurate, timely solutions,
building and maintaining long-term customer relationships,
collaborating with internal teams to effectively resolve cases,
keeping thorough documentation of customer interactions,
identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
Requirements:
advanced proficiency in English and Danish (spoken and written),
excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, active listening, and comprehension,
1-2 years of experience in an international contact center,
good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools,
ability to solve problems independently, set priorities, and make decisions,
strong customer-centric mindset, ability to build lasting relationships, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
