Customer Care Specialist with Czech or Slovak



Your responsibilities

  • Responsibilty for high-quality customer service on Czech and Slovak market by meeting Customer expectation through excellent order management process and ensuring a smooth delivery to the customer.
  • Performing outbound customer calls as part of order management process, aim is to offer/sell company’s products to existing customers.
  • Negotiate price.
  • Service customers also via email to resolve customer queries with post-order issues, delivery status and any issues with fulfillment.
  • Build a relationship with the customer.
  • Handling incoming calls related to orders of company’s products or related to company’s products from existing or potential customers.
  • Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns.
  • Participating in projects designed to enhance communication with customers and streamline internal policies.

Our requirements

  • Please send us your CV in English language.
  • You need excellent knowledge of foreign language Czech or Slovak both verbal and written. Preferably at native level.
  • We are an international organisation so to work with us you will be need working knowledge of English (min. B2).
  • It will be great if you have experience in similar position.
  • It will be great if you know logistic processes.
  • You will find yourself in our customer team if you are self-reliance, if you know how to facility for multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • It"s important to us if you are good in decision-making and you fill comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
  • You need to fill confident with Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)
