Join us as Customer Care Specialist - Order Management with French or Italian
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing - enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders.
- Case management - sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing.
- Problem Resolution - independently address issues encountered during order processing.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations – maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies.
- Champion a customer-focused mindset – supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contribute to a customer-first culture including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently.
- Collaborate with co-workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues – actively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience in order processing / sales support / customer service or similar
- Very good English language skills (B2/C1)
- French or Italian language skills (A2/B1/B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset
- University degree
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week)
