Join us as Customer Care Specialist (Junior/Specialist) - Order Management with Italian.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing – enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders.
- Case management – sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing.
- Problem Resolution – independently address issues encountered during order processing.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations – maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies.
- Champion a customer-focused mindset – supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contributes to a customer‑first culture, including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently.
- Collaborate with co‑workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues – actively engage with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in order processing / sales support / customer service or similar
- Very good English language skills (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset
- University degree
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week)
