SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Customer Care Specialist in Poznań, Poland. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

About Product:

SOFTSWISS Managed Services

A part of SOFTSWISS solutions offered to clients to facilitate their iGaming brand growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via emails or chats.
• Identifying customer needs and assisting customers with their queries.
• Escalate technical issues.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and Company policies.
• Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all the provided tools (training).
• Working from a comfortable office in Poznan, Poland + remotely (hybrid).
• Working on shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts).

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English (B2+).
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Self-organization.
• Naturally helpful and service-minded.
• Soft skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Customer Service will be a plus.
