The purpose of the role of our new team member: in the position of Customer Service Specialist, they are a member of our Customer Service team in Poland , and with their work, they promote the smoothness of the service and increases the satisfaction of our customers!

Your new challenges

• Analyze work processes and provide consistent feedback for continuous improvement on customer satisfaction, tools and processes
• Manage, enhance, maintain, and clean customer data in ERP and CRM systems
• Work closely together with direct colleagues and various departments such as Service, Sales and Finance to solve customer issues in a timely and high-quality manner
• Create periodic reports for our customers and other CWS departments in MS Excel
• Proactively engage with new customers and customers that require attention after complaints or special circumstances
• Reliably process and manage customer requests, complaints and data in CRM and different ERP systems to ensure first-class customer service
• Answer phone calls, emails and web contact-form requests from customers and resolve their cases in real time

The ideal candidate will demonstrate

• High school diploma
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with different types of ERP systems such as Salesforce, D365, etc.
• Experience in similar positions
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies 
• Communication skills and customer service mindset
