American Chrome Company (ACC) which is part of the Multi Parts Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts.
- Prepare, check and enter data into the ERP/Financial system for operations including:
- Customer Purchase Orders
- Purchase Orders to Suppliers
- Receipt of Products
- Purchase Invoices
- Customer Invoices
- E-commerce reports
- ASNs
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Cooperate with fellow team members to ensure timelines and service levels are met for all team responsibilities.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work from office 10:00-18:00
Education and Experience
- 3 –5 yrs of customer service experience.
- 1-3 yrs performing business transactions within an ERP system.
Skills & Competencies
- Highly detail oriented to deliver precise and timely work.
- Excellent communication skills (min. English B1).
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Ability to use search screens within an ERP system to perform research.
- Proficiency in the use of Excel.
