American Chrome Company (ACC) which is part of the Multi Parts Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepare, check and enter data into the ERP/Financial system for operations including:

    • Customer Purchase Orders
    • Purchase Orders to Suppliers
    • Receipt of Products
    • Purchase Invoices
    • Customer Invoices
    • E-commerce reports
    • ASNs




  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Cooperate with fellow team members to ensure timelines and service levels are met for all team responsibilities.
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Work from office 10:00-18:00


Education and Experience



  • 3 –5 yrs of customer service experience.
  • 1-3 yrs performing business transactions within an ERP system.




Skills & Competencies



  • Highly detail oriented to deliver precise and timely work.
  • Excellent communication skills (min. English B1).
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Ability to use search screens within an ERP system to perform research.
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues professionally.
