For one of our campaigns, we are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Customer Care Specialist with Polish .
The Role:
- Processes inbound calls/e-mails from customers and solves a wide range of customer service issues and problems.
- Carries out customer inquiries in a timely and correct manner by predefined rules when escalation is needed.
- Understands customer’s needs to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators.
- Advises and informs customers regarding clients products and services.
- Navigates multiple systems simultaneously to update e-records promptly and accurately.
- Proactively provides support and assistance to colleagues and works together as a team.
The Candidate:
- Has excellent command of Polish language (at least level C1) .
- Has good command of English language (at least level B2) .
- Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Can adapt quickly to changes in products, processes, and technology.
- Has a proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping.
- Has good computer literacy.
