Position Description

  • Orders processing using SAP software.
  • Ensuring invoice accuracy and discrepancy corrections in SAP and e-invoicing systems.
  • Handling returns and complaints.
  • Managing customer database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintaining positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the Salesforce System.
  • Sustaining positive relations with business partners and other departments.

Position Requirements

  • Good command of English (at least B2/C1 level) written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian is a must.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Proactive and problem solving attitude.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
