Position Description

• Orders processing using SAP software
• Ensuring invoice accuracy and discrepancy corrections in SAP and e‑invoicing systems
• Handling returns and complaints
• Managing customer database to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Maintaining positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the Salesforce System
• Sustaining positive relations with business partners and other departments

Position Requirements

• Good command of English (at least B2/C1 level) written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of French is a must
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Customer centric approach
• Proactive and problem‑solving attitude
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
