Position Description

1. Process incoming orders in SAP software
2. Review customers’ orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions
3. Cooperate with customers, sales, operations and finance
4. Invoice customers in accordance with relevant documentation
5. Provide phone and email support to both customers and sales team
6. Log all order and logistics complaints from customers
7. Process correction of invoices according to information provided by customers

Position Requirements

1. Fluency in English
2. Knowledge of additional European Language like: German, French, Italian, Dutch or Spanish.
3. 2 years of working experience at similar role
4. Knowledge of SAP/ Salesforce will be an asset
5. MS-Office knowledge
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
8. Problem solving attitude
