Customer Care Representative with Danish

Position Description
- Orders processing using SAP software.
- Ensuring invoice accuracy and discrepancy corrections in SAP and e‑invoicing systems.
- Handling returns and complaints.
- Managing customer database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintaining positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the Salesforce System.
- Sustaining positive relations with business partners and other departments.

Position Requirements
- Good command of English (at least B2/C1 level) written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of Danish is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
- Customer‑centric approach.
- Proactive and problem‑solving attitude.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
