Customer Care Representative Czech and/or Slovak speaking (Maternity cover)

We are looking to recruit a long term cover for Customer Care Representative with great communication skills, who has a positive mindset and is passionate about the ECCO brand. You will represent ECCO to the outside world and must build the company’s image together with your team, by providing unique customer experiences.

What will you be doing every day?

1. Assist customers with their inquiries regarding ECCO products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipments.
2. Provide service to the company’s customers according to predefined standards and procedures.
3. Educate and update yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products.
4. Take part in training in customer service processes and best practices.

What we are looking for in you?

1. Fluent in English is required.
2. Native or at least fluent in Czech and/or Slovak.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
4. Previous experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) will be an asset.
