Customer Care Intern with Italian
Your responsibilities
- Speaking with the client on the phone,
- Handling and resolving support tickets,
- Providing support to the Account Management team,
- Talking to different stakeholders in the company of flat hierarchy.
Our requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian,
- Speak any other language: German, French, Spanish (that's nice to have),
- Technical client support,
- Working on support tickets,
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment,
- Have a student status.

Contract: Internship for 6 months (with a possibility to extend) based on a civil contract;
Working mode: Hybrid;
Working hours: Range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
