As a customer advisor, you will take care of all matters relating to product enquiries, orders, returns, and complaints. In doing so, you will provide our customers with advice and support in written and phone correspondence, while making sure to process their concerns in a quality-conscious manner right from the start. You will also get involved in our evaluation management and help us deliver first-class customer service!
