Currently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of German for the position of Customer Care Advisor.
Project informations:

- Remuneration: 10000 - 12000 PLN gross (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Customer communication
- Product availability verification
- Order documentation management
- Problem solving
- Collaboration with other departments
Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of Excel
- Analytical skills
