Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

1. Provide each customer with relevant and insightful advice at any touchpoint within the customer journey (calls, emails, and chat).
2. Create a premium and caring relationship with prospects and customers, ensuring long-term relationships.
3. Encourage customers to engage with products and services.
4. Work with different contact points (technical line, dealers) and demonstrate a good sense of organization.
5. Drive a customer-centric approach and deliver a unique customer experience from orientation through to handover and repurchase (end-to-end process).
6. Document customer updates and interactions through their journey using CRM platform.
7. Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to continuously improve internal processes, deliverables, and experiences.

Skills you need to succeed:

1. C2 proficiency in Danish, C1 proficiency in English.
2. Proactive and empathetic approach, able to support premium clients.
3. Demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
4. Experience in handling calls and communicating effectively via email and chat.
5. Team player and goal-oriented.
6. Strong prioritizing and planning skills.
7. Availability to work Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Would be an extra asset:

1. Working with CRM (customer relationship management) tools, preferably Salesforce.
2. Interest in the automotive industry.
