Inviting applications for the role of the Customer Care –Process Associate – English – Hybrid Krakow!

Responsibilities

  1. Response to customer inquiries via e-mail, telephone, fax or system
  2. Order processing in relevant customer service systems which includes orders entry
  3. Service administration
  4. Complaint handling
  5. Billing inquiries which include price quotations, price checks and item quantity
  6. General administration which includes customer files and sales contracts maintenance
  7. Assist with adherence to ISO standards and requirements; prepare various reports as requested including sales orders and backlog data, late shipments, open and closed RMA’s, bookings, etc.
  8. Actively participate in the on-going assessment of customer support processes and incorporate approved improvements
  9. Provides ad-hoc support to internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  1. University degree
  2. Proficiency in English
  3. Relevant experience
  4. SAP Order management experience is a plus
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office tools, use of email, familiarity with any order management software, internet & intranet usage
  6. Ethical, trustworthy, communicative, action-oriented, problem solver, result-driven, fast learner, detail-oriented, flexible, accurate, able to handle stress and changes
  7. Skilled in time management, learning on the job, self-development, technical and functional

  1. Professional, emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles and types
  2. Able to write high quality content to accommodate a variety of purposes and readers
  3. Ability to enhance group effectiveness
