For our client, an international company, we are currently seeking individuals with proficient knowledge of languages for a position related to customer service.

Responsibilities in this role will include supporting company's clients mainly via emails. This involves answering additional questions, resolving issues with orders and forwarding them as needed. You will be also responsible for managing client's orders and maintaining data in the SAP system.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in customer service and managing orders in corporate environment, knowledge of SAP is required.
Fluency in English is also required as well as knowledge of German (B2 level or higher).
