ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:





Job scope:

  • Lead the analytical agenda for CRM, loyalty, digital campaigns, and budget performance, including coupon effectiveness, pricing impact, and sales analytics
  • Design and monitor KPIs across acquisition, retention, churn, CLV, and budget efficiency metrics
  • Develop segmentation models and test‑and‑learn frameworks to optimize targeting, offers, and spend allocation
  • Partner with business and marketing teams to translate data, financial insights, and performance trends into strategic actions
  • Ensure timely delivery of dashboards and insights, covering both customer behavior and budget utilization
  • Build and evolve a customer analytics framework that integrates behavioral, financial, and campaign data
  • Analyze shopping behavior and segmentation to inform pricing, promotions, and loyalty strategy
  • Deliver CRM and marketing insights, including budget optimization recommendations across channels and campaigns

WYMAGANIA:

Ideal profile:
  • 5-7 years in customer analytics, marketing insights, price & promo analytics, or data science (retail/consumer preferred) in an independent analyst role
  • Strong experience in CRM and loyalty data models
  • Advanced analytics proficiency, with knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, GA4, and data bricks
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to tell a clear story through data
  • Attention to accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights in all analytical outputs
  • Cross‑functional collaboration skills, working effectively with business and technical teams
  • Fluent English and Polish
