More About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Analyst Nordic Market in Pila or Warsaw with Signify. We focus on enhancing logistics services, matching service levels with customer demands, delivering value‑added solutions, and ensuring contract alignment. The role provides critical back‑office support for smooth logistics account management, preparing data, insights, and documentation needed for performance calls, business cases, and strategic and savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence & Analytics
    • Drive operational excellence through advanced data analytics and decision support.
    • Conduct data mining and analysis to uncover actionable insights.
    • Quantify and make visible the potential impact of improvement proposals.
    • Quantify and report the impact of implemented improvements.
  • Performance Metrics & Structural Improvements
    • Develop strategies to improve key logistics metrics and drive structural enhancements.
    • Define relevant metrics and monitor their evolution at the customer level to support LAM Manager.
    • Monitor customer‑specific logistics performance and cost trends to identify opportunities.
  • Customer‑Level Analysis
    • Determine key drivers impacting CFH Service (DRM ER) and Cost (TPW) at the customer level.
    • Use customer‑specific insights to define logistics improvement proposals for individual customers or customer groups.
    • Quantify the impact of non-performance versus agreed logistical commercial service offers.
  • Behavioral & Requirement Analysis
    • Analyze customer ordering behaviors and delivery requirements, including:
    • Frequency of orders and deliveries
    • Ordering quantity and value
    • Returns, shipping conditions, and value‑added service requirements
  • Reporting & Decision Support
    • Prepare reports and dashboards for performance reviews and KPIs.
    • Support larger business cases and strategic projects with structured data and insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
  • Ability to structure complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer operations preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for internal stakeholder alignment.
