Your responsibilities

Engage with customers through phone, web, and chat, making every interaction count.
Provide swift solutions, process warranties, coordinate repairs, and offer expert troubleshooting.
Handle orders, refunds, and queries, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Enhance customer loyalty with your efficient and friendly service.

Our requirements

Languages: Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a collaborative, positive team spirit.
Availability to start work from January 12th.
Nice to Have: Experience in customer service, especially in consumer products, is a plus but not required.
