What you need

Fluent German

Good English or Polish

Experience in customer service is a plus

Strong communication skills and motivation to achieve goals

Communicating with customers by phone and email

Responding to user inquiries and requests, and discussing individual cases

Managing ongoing issues by recording information about each interaction in the system

Resolving customer problems and concerns by providing accurate and effective solutions

Providing general advice and support to customers and partners in resolving issues
