Job Description
Do you speak French and Italian? Are you passionate about being on the front line of customer service, answering customer inquiries? If so, seize this opportunity now! We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email, phone or chat, acting as the first point of contact.
- Accurately address a wide range of questions and translate issues into effective solutions.
- Make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes.
- Record customer data and manage orders, shipments, returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.
- Receive initial training from a colleague before working independently.
Qualifications
- Communicative, smooth conversational skills.
- Prior experience as a customer service representative.
- Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excellent multitasking ability.
- Fluent in French and Italian. Fluency in a third language is a plus.
- Ability to handle stress and remain composed under pressure.
- Patient, a good listener, with commercial insight.
- All necessary documents to be able to work in Poland.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 08:00‑16:00 / 09:00‑17:00. Working on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays is possible with extra allowance or additional free days.
About the Company
We are a fast‑growing international organization with 39 webshops in 36 European countries. While our head office is based in the Netherlands, we have offices in Barcelona (Spain) and Kraków (Poland). We manage most customer service queries in Barcelona and Kraków, and you may also work for one of our sister companies within the LUQOM Group.
