Job Description

As a Customer Advisor, you will handle B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support,

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks e.g., gathering feedback or late payment calls.
  • Provide assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Deliver technical support for the streaming company.
  • Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support.

The Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in Finnish (C1 level or higher).
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset focused on customer experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in soft selling and upselling.
  • Administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and professional culture.
