As a Customer Advisor, you will handle B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support,
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently.
- Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks e.g., gathering feedback or late payment calls.
- Provide assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Deliver technical support for the streaming company.
- Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support.
The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Finnish (C1 level or higher).
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented mindset focused on customer experience.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Experience in soft selling and upselling.
- Administrative and technical knowledge.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude and professional culture.

- Good communication skills, able to speak and write clearly.
- Ability to interpret situations and determine needs.
