Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  1. Contacting potential and existing company clients through phone channels (incoming and outgoing calls) and other remote channels (email and chat)
  2. Executing the sales process in accordance with the companys accepted standards
  3. Providing professional advice
  4. Achieving designated sales and retention plans in line with the companys strategy
  5. Providing post-sales support for customer retention processes
  6. Ensuring proper circulation of business documentation
  7. Reporting work results to the supervisor

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred experience in tele-sales or customer service in the financial, insurance, or telecommunications sectors)
  2. Excellent communication skills (ability to build relationships with clients over the phone)
  3. Good knowledge of computer operation and MS Office suite (Word and Excel)
  4. Experience with applications supporting customer data management (CRM) is a plus
  5. Ease of acquiring new knowledge and skills, as well as sharing them
  6. Commitment and enthusiasm
