Overview

We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. You will accurately address a wide range of questions, translate issues into effective solutions, and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact via email, phone, or chat.
• Accurately address customer inquiries and provide proactive advice.
• Record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns.
• Maintain knowledge of our lighting product line and use our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and receive initial training.

Qualifications

• Communicative with a knack for smooth conversations.
• Prior experience as a customer service representative.
• Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking.
• Fluent in Dutch and English and confident to help customers in those languages.
• Fluent in an additional language from the list below.
• Handle stress well and remain composed under pressure.
• Patient, good listener, and possess commercial insight.
• Have all necessary documents to be able to work in Poland.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00‑16:00 or 09:00‑17:00.

Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays available with extra allowance or free days.
