Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client
Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)
Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods
Support customers with travel difficulties
Requirements
Danish – C1 (both spoken and written)
English – B2
Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)
Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage

Salary: 9550 PLN gross
Employment contract for full time (1st contract – 3 months, after probation period, we extend the contract to fixed-term according to business needs and Employee’s performance)
Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00, Saturday - Sunday 09:00 - 18:00, twice a month working Saturdays & Sundays
