Customer Advisor Czech & Slovakian

About the Role

We are looking for customer‑service professionals who speak Czech and Slovakian (and preferably another language) to be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves communicating via email, phone, or chat, accurately addressing a wide range of inquiries, translating issues into effective solutions, and providing proactive advice to help customers create the perfect ambience at home.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by email, phone, or chat.
• Accurately record customer data and manage orders, shipments, returns, and warranty claims in the CRM system.
• Make informed decisions and provide proactive advice to customers across Europe.
• Receive initial training from a colleague before working independently.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Czech and Slovakian, with preference for a third language.
• Prior experience as a customer‑service representative.
• Communicative with smooth conversation skills.
• Proficient with customer‑service systems (preferably Salesforce) and multitasking.
• Good stress tolerance, composure under pressure, patience, and listening skills.
• Commercial insight and ability to stay organized.
• Valid documents for working in Poland.

• Base salary of 69,240 PLN per year (gross) for full‑time employment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00‑16:00 or 09:00‑17:00. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are possible, with extra allowance or additional free days.
