Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Intern with French at Honeywell , you will be responsible for the Order to Cash process, ensuring performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on a day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle entry-level customer-related issues and concerns
2. Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
3. Process standard orders & maintain order accuracy
4. Process changes and enhancements to orders
5. Maintain complete customer records of all direct customer returns, orders, credits, and requests

Key skills and qualifications:

1. New grad or currently enrolled as a student
2. Business fluent in written and spoken English + French (min. B2)
3. Previous work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international context, is a valuable advantage
4. Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skill
5. Knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
