As a Customer Experience Intern with English at Honeywell , you will be responsible for the Order to Cash process, ensuring performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on a day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
• Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
• Process standard orders & maintain order accuracy
• Process changes and enhancements to orders
• Maintain complete customer records of all direct customer returns, orders, credits, and requests

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• New grad or currently being enrolled as a student
• Business fluent in written and spoken English (min. C1)
• Previous work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international context, is a valuable advantage
• Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skill
• Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
