Define, develop and execute the TCL EUBG CSR programs
Work upstream with TCL Industries CSR committee (in our China Headquarters)
Lead the CSR taskforce including key stakeholders at EU BG level and at country level
Liaise with the French and European Manufacturers Unions to assure compliancy and up to date information regarding CSR initiatives
Manage the relationships with our Strategic Retailers regarding all CSR topics
Working with the different stakeholders, develop and execute the Environment/Sustainability part of the CSR (priority Number 1)
Follow the sustainability KPIs (Scope 1, 2 and 3, LCA) evolution at EU level and potentially country level
Interpret EU ESG compliance requirement(CSRD,CSDDD,etc) and provide implement solution.
Liaise with China products and innovation departments to understand their sustainable approach and their programs, and use them within the EUBG CSR execution
Collaborate with TCL HQ operations departments to understand their sustainable approach regarding CO2 emissions and resources consumption and their programs, and use them within the EUBG CSR execution
Manage the relationship with the European Unions (AFNUM in France) and participate to their workshops to anticipate future regulations and trends
Be the point of contact for mandatory surveys or requests for information from all governmental bodies (ARCEP, ADEME…)
Manage the CSR surveys and requests from our retail customers
Collaborate with TCL EUBG legal department regarding regulations and compliance
Collaborate with TCL EUBG PR team regarding related topics questions from journalists.
Develop and executive programs at EUBG levels and country levels to improve TCL social integration in the communities.
Candidate Profile
Passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability
ESG experience, including but not limited to carbon neutral, green environmental protection, etc.
Familiar with Gri, SBTi, CDP, etc.
Understanding of the global challenges of the Digital Industry
Business knowledge
Able to propose short‑term, mid‑term and long‑term solutions
Project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Digital /Tech industry
