As Project Management Officer within our Central South Europe region, you’ll partner closely, on a daily basis with the regional Council to enable impactful, well-structured and efficient delivery of transversal priorities, facilitating governance and acting as an interface to connect all functions within the organization, while providing guidance and training to country PMOs.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinates the development and monitors delivery of transversal MCO (Multi Country Organization - 7 Countries) priorities.
• Leads cross-functional project teams to drive key internal projects with high complexity, with E2E responsibility for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively while providing guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establishes and monitors governance, ensures clear alignment on the goals and follows up on execution via effective communication with key stakeholders and senior leadership (including regular business reviews with the countries).
• Develops and implements project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective execution of organizational projects.
• Monitors progress of strategic MCO projects, identifies risks and issues, and implements mitigation strategies while ensuring projects align with Sanofi strategic objectives and priorities.
• Develops cross-country “scalable” business projects.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency and drives implementation of solutions.
• Conducts post-project evaluations to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinates country visits, 360 business reviews, brand planning and budget processes and ensures follow-up on actions.
• Fosters collaboration, alignment, and information sharing within all functions and helps sustain the right environment & support for MCO Council and Leadership Team.
• Keeps updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, lean process design, and agile project management methodologies.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies through project initiatives.
• Facilitates meetings hosted by General Manager (GBU Leadership Team, Governance meetings) including preparation (analysis and presentation) and follow-ups on the meeting outcomes and action items connecting with relevant stakeholders.
• Proposes projects to accelerate transformation and partners effectively with the Transformation team.

About you

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience:

• Prior Project Management experience or leadership of transformational projects.
• Experience in leading cross-country project teams involving different functions.

Skills:

• Ability to synthesize complex and diverse inputs to a problem and recommend solutions.
• Understanding of the market, competition, and future trends, and good understanding of our value chain.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on customer needs.
• Ability to manage relationships across various stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Languages: Fluent in English
