Salary & Benefits
- 1500 x 14 salary
- Relocation from outside Portugal:
- Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
- Monthly rent 280, all utilities included (deducted directly from payslip)
- Remote work model (must be based in mainland Portugal)
- Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and feel comfortable recommending additional or alternative options when relevant. Any level of sales experience is welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
- Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations
- When appropriate, offer package upgrades or alternative options
- Deliver pre-booking and post-booking customer support
- Assist travel agencies with booking management
- Inform customers about documentation, prices, ships, destinations and related topics
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Any background in sales (retail, call centre, tourism, e-commerce, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a problem‑solving approach
- Comfortable using digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
