Join us as a Cross Cloud DevOps Engineer! Position: Cross Cloud DevOps Engineer Location: Kraków Type: Full-time Sounds like your kind of challenge? Your responsibilities Support and resolve customer requests across AWS, Azure, and GCP internal platforms. Assist project teams with application deployments. Troubleshoot customer project configurations using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, etc. Ensure compliance with operational standards (e.g., IAM roles and permissions, VPC network configurations, firewall rules, logging, and monitoring alerts). Update support and operational documentation as required. Implement good change management practices as per central standards. Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process. Our requirements Expert understanding of DevOps principles. Strong knowledge of CI/CD and related tools. Ability to build strong relationships with application teams, cross-functional IT, and global/local IT teams. Proven track record of driving improvements and successfully implementing change. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
