Lead identification and development of H2/H3 strategic growth bets and executional excellence initiatives across channels and categories (new), and links into broader consumer context via Growth Navigator
Own and evolve commercial playbooks such as Brilliant Fundamentals, Cluster Growth Model, Single Serve, Premiumization, Innovations, Front End, Discounters, Store of the Future etc.
Ensure integration of Strategic Picture of Success into Perfect Store / Category Management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Playbooks development in partnership with Marketing, Commercial, S&T and deployment in case we as DX own
Re-think category execution strategy / strategic PICOS (cluster growth model playbook); build execution playbook for innovations (leveraging 5 steps to smiles)
Ensure communication to entire BU’s and usage embedment
Qualifications
Strong experience in Sales/Marketing Strategy development and implications for Portfolio, Execution
Mastery of Shopper/Consumer insights
Exceptional leadership skills to influence the senior team above market and in the country towards implementation of owned agenda
Proven experience in consumer packaged goods and/or strategy consulting / Proven record in delivering strategic changes in line with customer expectations
Ability to define from scratch clear strategies and tactics to drive channel performance reflecting strong commercial acumen and experience, and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda
Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills to manage the matrix of Above market, Channel, Category, BU to integrate the key requirements to growth
Innovation - Able to refresh existing agendas and bring new ideas to existing properties/ forums
