responsibilities :
Design, implement, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Financial Services).
Extend and enhance functionality leveraging Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Virtual Agents.
Work with Dataverse and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) to efficiently manage and query data.
Develop and maintain REST APIs, including unit and end-to-end tests, ensuring high code quality and reliability.
Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and service teams in both German and English.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proficiency in XML, C#, .NET, and debugging complex problems.
Solid understanding of Power Platform, including workflow creation, app development, and integrations.
Strong experience with REST APIs, including consumption and development.
Expertise in MS SQL Server, including queries, optimization, and integration with Dynamics 365.
Comfortable working in Agile teams with a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Technical communication skills in German (min. B2 level).
