CRM Specialist with German
Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Financial Services).
- Extend and enhance functionality leveraging Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Virtual Agents.
- Work with Dataverse and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) to efficiently manage and query data.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, including unit and end-to-end tests, ensuring high code quality and reliability.
- Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and service teams in both German and English.
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency in XML, C#, .NET, and debugging complex problems.
- Solid understanding of Power Platform, including workflow creation, app development, and integrations.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, including consumption and development.
- Expertise in MS SQL Server, including queries, optimization, and integration with Dynamics 365.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams with a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Technical communication skills in German (min. B2 level).
- Experience configuring and building custom modules, including external API development.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps infrastructure and management.
