Be the first point of contact to gather all relevant information for support requests from our global CRM users, run diagnostics, and identify potential solutions
Support CRM users on general CRM navigation, functionalities, filtering/ creating views give training to the users
Gather new license requests globally and support CRM team to add/ delete licenses as needed
Keep our repository of training resources up to date. Identify needs to update old trainings or create new ones, and share relevant trainings with CRM users as requested
Support with detailed testing when new functionalities are developed by the team, and identify any potential issues
Assist in the implementation of CRM software and tools, and provide training and support to internal users as needed
requirements-expected :
Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
Minimum 1 year experience on Microsoft Dynamics Sales or Marketing
Previous experience in client facing positions
Organized, self-motivated, positive person with can do attitude
Results-oriented, flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail and skill in adhering to highest quality assurance standards
