ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Build and execute promotional campaigns across email, app, and push channels.
- Manage the end-to-end process from briefing and creative coordination to QA and reporting.
- Ensure targeting accuracy based on segmentation and purchase behavior.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
- Implement marketing automation workflows and testing scenarios.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of loyalty offers and customer promotions across multiple markets.
- Partner with Commercial and Category teams to align offers with business priorities, category objectives, and seasonal strategies.
- Translate commercial initiatives into personalized customer propositions within CRM channels (email, app, push, SMS).
- Lead the Test & Learn agenda for CRM and loyalty - design test hypotheses, segmentation, control groups, and success metrics.
- Consolidate campaign results and provide actionable insights to commercial and marketing leadership.
- Track campaign efficiency (open rates, redemption, incremental sales, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure proper targeting logic and automation flow setup within CRM tools.
- Maintain a clear overview of active and planned offers across markets to ensure governance and consistency.
- Support data and analytics teams in enhancing CRM dashboards and reporting accuracy.

WYMAGANIA:
- Bachelors degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM and customer marketing, ideally in retail, FMCG, or loyalty-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (ideally Synerise).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
- High attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
